ADA Pedestrian Accessibility in the City of Malden

Mr. Lewis moves that the proposed new text be amended  in section 2A, in item 1596-2507, by inserting the following:- “provided that no less than $200,000 shall be expended for ADA pedestrian accessibility, including, but not limited to, signalization, curb cuts and tactile warning pads at the intersections of Cross Street and Bryant Street, Cross Street and Ferry Street, and Fellsway East and Savin Street, within the City of Malden”; and by striking out the figure "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$300,000".
