Emerging Firearms Technology Commission Extension

Mr. Moore moves that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section __ the following section:-

SECTION __.  Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the special commission established in section 148 of chapter 135 of the acts of 2024 is hereby revived and continued to July 31, 2025. The special commission shall file its findings and recommendations pursuant to said section 148 of said chapter 135 with the clerks of the senate and the house of representatives not later than July 31, 2025.
