Ms. Miranda moves that the proposed new text be amended  in section 2A, in item 1596-2517, by inserting after the word “projects” the following:- "; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to Boston Public Schools for capital improvements and equipment upgrades at the Margarita Muniz Academy," and in said item by striking out the figures "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the following:-"$150,000".
