Andover Public School Fields

Mr. Finegold moves that the proposed new text be amended in section 2A, in item 1596-2517, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be expended to the town of Andover for costs related to the acquisition and installation of synthetic turf fields for Andover public schools”; and by striking out the figure “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$250,000”.
