Haverhill-Reading-Wakefield Line

Messrs. Finegold, Payano and Tarr move that the proposed new text be amended in section 2A, in item 1596-2524, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended for capital improvements to the Haverhill line of the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority commuter rail including, but not limited to, improvements related to accessibility infrastructure at Ballardvale station in the town of Andover”.
