Messrs. Gómez and Oliveira move that the proposed new text be amended in section 2A, in item 1596-2517, by inserting after the word “projects” the following:- “provided further, that not less than $210,000 shall be expended to Springfield Public Schools for enhanced school safety, communication systems, and instructional audio-visual infrastructure for Mary O. Pottenger Elementary School, Kensington International School, and Elias Brookings Elementary School" and by striking out the figures "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures “$310,000”
