Mr. Cyr moves that the proposed new text be amended  in section 2A, in item 1596-2507, , in section 2A, in 1596-2507, by inserting the following words:- “; provided that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the department of conservation and recreation for maintenance and improvement of the Cape Cod Rail Trail in and around Nickerson State Park
