Haverhill After-School Programs

Messrs. Payano and Finegold move that the proposed new text be amended in section 2A, in item 1596-2517, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that no less than $35,000 shall be expended to Haverhill public schools for materials, equipment and capital improvements to support after-school programs that focus on empowering young women"; and by striking out the figure "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$135,000".
