Education-to-Career Data Center

Messrs. Payano and O'Connor move that the proposed new text be amended in section 2A by adding the following item:-

"xxxx-xxxx provided further, that not less than $4,000,000 shall be expended for a reserve to be administered by the executive office of technology services and security to integrate and centralize education and workforce data collected by state agencies; provided further, that such funds shall be expended to develop a plan to increase public access, privacy and security and operational efficiency of said cross-agency education-to-career information systems."
