Shrewsbury Transportation Expenses

Mr. Moore moves that the proposed new text be amended in section 2A, in item 1596-2507, in section 2A, in item 1596-2507, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $40,000 shall be expended to the Town of Shrewsbury for the purchase and installation of traffic signal preemption equipment” and by striking out the figure “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$175,000”; and

further amended in said section, in item 1596-2517, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $35,000 shall be expended to the Shrewsbury Public Schools for capital expenses” and by striking out the figure “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$135,000”;
