Referral and Consultation for Gender-Affirming Care

Ms. Friedman and Mr. Payano move to amend the bill by inserting after section X the following section:-

“SECTION X. Item 4000-0300 of section 2 of chapter 28 of the acts of 2023, as most recently amended by section 79 of chapter 248 of the acts of 2024, is hereby further amended by striking out the words "June 30, 2025" and inserting in place thereof the following words:- "June 30, 2026".
