Mr. Kennedy moves to amend the bill by inserting after section XX the following sections:-

SECTION ___. Subsection (a) of section 11 of chapter 211D of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line X, the figure “$120” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- $155.

SECTION __. Said subsection (b) of said section 11 of said chapter 211D is hereby further amended by striking out the figure “$85”, inserted by section 60 of said chapter 24, and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- $120.

SECTION __. Said subsection (c) of said section 11 of said chapter 211D is hereby further amended by striking out the figure “$65”, inserted by section 61 of said chapter 24, and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- $100.
