Mr. Tarr moves to amend the bill by inserting after section 42 the following section:-

"SECTION 42A. Item 2511-0107 of said section 2 of said chapter 140 is hereby amended by inserting after the words ”Essex county” the following words:- “and for expenses related to opening and operating the Seacoast Regional Food Hub, located in the town of Salisbury, serving the Lower Merrimack Valley Food Coalition and such funds shall be made available until June 30, 2026”.
