Mr. Tarr moves to amend the bill by inserting after section _ the following section:-

SECTION_. Section 33 of chapter 268 as appearing in the 2022 official edition is hereby amended by inserting line 10 after the word, "revenue" the following:-"officer or employee acting under the authority of the United States or any department, agency or officer thereof,"
