Regional EMS Council Expenditure Reimbursement

Mr. Tarr moves to amend the bill in line 140, after the word "funds", by inserting the following:-- "(iv) payments made to Regional Emergency Medical Services Councils by municipalities" and to further amend by striking the word "and" in line 139.
