Mr. Tarr moves to amend the bill by inserting after section 41 the following section:-

"SECTION 41A. Item 2000-0100 of section 2 of chapter 28 of the acts of 2023, as amended by section 61 of chapter 248 of the acts of 2024, is hereby further amended by inserting after the word “county” the following words:- and such funds shall be made available until June 30, 2025.”; and

by inserting after section 48 the following section:-

"SECTION 48A. Item 2000-0100 of said section 2 of said chapter 140 is hereby amended by adding the following words:- and such funds shall be made available until June 30, 2026."
