Fiscally Strained Hospitals

Messrs. Gómez and Oliveira move to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 4000-1202, by adding after the words “a negative operating margin,” in clause (iii), the following:- “or a Medicaid payer mix of greater than or equal to 25 per cent”.
