Alternative Protein MassVentures Grants

Mr. Finegold moves to amend the bill by inserting after section 50 the following section:-

“SECTION 50A. Item 7002-1523 of section 2 of chapter 238 of the acts of 2024 is hereby amended by striking out the following words:- developed with the assistance of a Small Business Innovation Research or Small Business Technology Transfer grant from a federal agency including, but not limited to, the United States Department of Energy, the United States Department of Agriculture, the United States Food and Drug Administration or the National Science Foundation.”
