Mr. Collins moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 4510-0794 by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $5,000,000 shall be expended to the Department of Public Health in collaboration with the Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers to defray costs associated with extraordinary emergency medical and urgent care service costs due to the closure of Carney hospital in the Dorchester section of the city of Boston”; and by striking out the figure “$10,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure “$15,000,000”.
