Mr. Tarr moves to amend the bill by adding in line 582 after the words “Massachusetts Taxpayers Foundation, Inc.;” the following words:-

A representative of the Employer Coalition on Health; a representative of the National Federation of Independent Business;.

Paragraph (b) of section 65 is hereby amended by deleting paragraphs (ii) and (iii).
