Mr. Collins and Ms. Miranda move to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 4000-1202, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended the New England Medical Association to support key initiatives that will advance equity in healthcare access, black physician recruitment and retention, and professional development"; and by striking out the figure "$174,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$174,500,000".
