Mr. Collins moves to amend the bill In section X, in item 1595-1779 by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $3,000,000 shall be expended to Inquilinos Boricuas en Acción, Inc. for the construction of La CASA: Center for Arts, Self-determination and Activism, a center for economic mobility programming, youth development, resident services and arts serving low-income families of color and the conversion of 2 office buildings to 46 units of affordable housing”; and by striking out the figure “$1,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure “$4,000,000”.
