Mr. Tarr moves that the proposed new draft be amended by striking in lines 81-83 "(ii) any communication made through a tracking device consisting of an electronic or mechanical device which permits the tracking of the movement of a person or object; or (iii)" and inserting in place thereof the following:- "; (ii)".
