Private Causes of Action

Ms. Rausch moves that the proposed new draft be amended in section 2 by inserting at the end thereof the following paragraph:-

“(j) An individual who suffers personal harm as a direct result of a violation of this section may obtain damages in a court of competent jurisdiction.”; and

In section 11 by inserting at the end thereof the following paragraph:-

“(e) An individual who suffers personal harm as a direct result of a violation of this section may obtain damages in a court of competent jurisdiction.”; and

In section 12 by inserting at the end thereof the following paragraph:-

“(f) An individual who suffers personal harm as a direct result of a violation of this section may obtain damages in a court of competent jurisdiction.”.
