Insurance Payments

Mr. Cyr moves that the proposed new draft be amended in section 12, by inserting the following words:- “(f) A business shall not be in violation of this section if it discloses, transfers or processes information solely for the purposes of payment, treatment or health care operations, as defined by 45 CFR 164.501.”
