To Ensure Accountability for Malpractice

Mr. Tarr moves that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting at the end the following section:-

“SECTION ___. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, nothing in this act shall be construed as a defense for medical malpractice pursuant to the general laws and standards of care for practice in the Commonwealth.”
