Medigap Coverage

Mr. Gómez moves that the proposed new draft be amended by adding the following section:-

SECTION XX. Section 1 of Chapter 176k as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition of the Massachusetts General Laws, is hereby amended in line 22 after the word “coverage” by striking “other than a person eligible for Medicare coverage due solely to end-stage renal disease”.
