Mr. Keenan and Ms. Rausch move that the proposed new draft be amended in section 13, in lines 246-249, by striking the second sentence of the paragraph and inserting in place thereof the following new sentence:- "The name, home address, work address, personal email address, professional email address, home telephone number, work telephone number or mobile telephone number of individuals engaged in the provision, facilitation or promotion of reproductive health care services, as defined in section 11I½ of chapter 12, shall not be considered a public record under chapter 66."; and,

In section 14, in lines 257-260, by striking the second sentence of the paragraph and inserting in place thereof the following new sentence:- "The name, home address, work address, personal email address, professional email address, home telephone number, work telephone number or mobile telephone number of individuals engaged in the provision, facilitation or promotion of gender-affirming health care services, as defined in section 11I½ of chapter 12, shall not be considered a public record under chapter 66."
