Amendment #2 to S2543

eliminating taxpayer funding of Planned Parenthood

Mr. McKenna of Sutton moves to amend the bill by adding the following new section:

“SECTION XXXX Notwithstanding any other provision of law, no state funds may be made available to 2 Planned Parenthood Federation of America, or to any of its affiliates.”
