Data Sharing Protection

Ms. Kilcoyne of Clinton moves to amend the bill by striking out the amendment in its entirety and inserting in place thereof the following:-

Ms. Kilcoyne of Clinton moves to amend the bill in section 12 by inserting after the word “meanings:”, in line 191, the following words:-

“Abortion”, as defined in section 12K of chapter 112.

“Abortion-related health care services”, all supplies, care and services of a medical, behavioral health, mental health, surgical, psychiatric, therapeutic, diagnostic, preventative, rehabilitative or supportive nature relating to miscarriage management or the termination of a pregnancy.

And further amend the bill by striking out, in line 210, the definition of “Reproductive health care services”.

And further amend the bill by striking out the word “reproductive”, in lines 212, 218, 222, and 228, each time it appears, and inserting in place thereof, in each instance, the following words:- abortion or abortion-related.
