Mr. McKenna of Sutton moves to amend the bill in line 9 by adding after the word “disorder” the following:

“, or other intellectual disability, psychiatric or mental health condition, traumatic brain injury, or other communication disorder that results in challenges or inabilities in communication, cognition, and sensory input;”
