Mr. Hendricks of New Bedford moves to amend the bill in Section 3, in lines 154, 155, 156, 157, and 160, by striking the figure: "14,"  and inserting in place thereof the figure: "16,";

and in said Section 3, in lines 163, 165, 167, 169, 170, and 174, by striking the words: "14 or 15 years of age," and inserting in place thereof the words: "16 years of age,"
