Content Screen Time Limit

Mr. Ryan of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 3 by inserting after the word “user.”, in line 177, the following paragraph:-

(4) A social media platform shall, for users who are 14 or 15 years of age, limit content screen time to not more than 2 hours per day to prioritize the health and wellness of 14 and 15 year old users.
