Clarify Medical Device Access for Students with Chronic Health Conditions

Mr. LeBoeuf of Worcester moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line 98, by striking out the following: "provides in writing" and inserting in place thereof the following: "or a school nurse provides written certification, using a standardized form developed by the district," and in line 99, by inserting after "treat" the following: "or monitor".
