Developmentally Appropriate Use of Personal Electronic Devices for High School Students

Ms. Badger of Plymouth moves to amend the bill in section 1 by inserting, in line 42, after the word “noncompliance” the following clause:

“; and (viii) provisions to ensure that high school level students have developmentally appropriate use of personal electronic devices between classes and at lunch”;

and in section 2 by inserting, in line 104, after the word “emergency” the following clause:

“; and (v) developmentally appropriate, as determined by the district, for high school level students to use a personal electronic device between classes and at lunch”.
