District flexibility to create policy to determine "school day" exclusions

Mr. Hawkins of Attleboro moves to amend the bill in section 40(a), in line 14, by striking out the following: "shall include:(i) any time between classes, during lunch, during other non-instructional times" and inserting in place thereof the following: "shall exclude (i) any time between classes, during lunch, during non-instructional times"
