Internal Operations Exemption

Mr. Tarr moves that the proposed new draft be amended in section 1, by striking out, in line 608 and 609, the words “and (xvi)” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “(xvi) perform internal operations from data collected in accordance with this section that are reasonably aligned with the expectation of the consumer based on the consumer’s existing relationship with the controller; and (xvii)”.
