Timely Replies to Privacy and Data Security Inquiries

Messrs. Keenan and Montigny move that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting, after the word "inquiries", in line 392, the following words:- "; provided, however, that the controller must substantively respond to a consumer inquiry within 10 days of receipt thereof".
