Loyalty Programs

Mr. Rush moves that the proposed new draft be amended in section 5, in subsection (b) line 376, by inserting after the word “the” the following:- “categories of”; and further amends said section by striking the word “party” and inserting in place thereof the following:- “parties”; and further amends subsection (e) (ii) in line 447, by striking out the word "financial incentive program” and inserting in place thereof the following:- “bona fide loyalty, rewards, premium features, discounts or club card program”.
