Ms. Jehlen, Ms. Rausch, Ms. Miranda and Messrs. Eldridge and Gómez move that the proposed new draft be amended by striking out, in lines 144-145, the words “or (ix) information that reveals the status of a consumer as a victim of a crime.” and inserting in place thereof the following words:-

"(ix) information that reveals the status of a consumer as a victim of a crime; (x) a consumer's tax return and account number, financial account number, debit card number, credit card number, or information that describes or reveals the income level, indebtedness, or bank account balances of an individual; (xi) an individual's private communications such as voicemails, emails, texts, direct messages, mail, voice communications, and video communications, or information identifying the parties to such communications or pertaining to the transmission of such communications, including telephone numbers called, telephone numbers from which calls were placed, the time calls were made, call duration, and location information of the parties to the call; (xii) information identifying the sexual behavior of an individual; (xiii) calendar information, address book information, phone or text logs, photos, audio recordings, or videos, maintained for private use by an individual, regardless of whether such information is stored on the individual's device or is accessible from that device and is backed up in a separate location; (xiv) information revealing the video content requested or selected by an individual; (xv) information identifying an individual's online activities over time and across websites, online applications, or mobile applications that do not share common branding, or data generated by profiling performed on such data; (xvi) information that reveals the status of an individual as a veteran, or member of the military division established under chapter 33 or Armed Forces of the United States; (xvii) An individual's keystrokes; (xviii) an individual's driving behavior; (xix) social care information that is stored in or transmitted through a closed-loop referral system; (xx) any other data collected, processed, or transferred for the purpose of identifying the types of personal data listed in subsections (i) through (xx), inclusive."
