Adoption of rules and regulations

Mr. Tarr moves that the proposed new draft be amended in line 647 by inserting after the word, "chapter" the following words:- "provided, that said rules and regulations shall be subject to the provisions of  chapter 30A of the general laws, and provided that the attorney general shall submit any proposed adoption, amendment or rescission to the clerks of the house and senate and the senate and house committee on ways and means at least 60 days prior to the date on which such action is scheduled to take effect".
