Ms. Rausch moves that the proposed new draft be amended in section 10 by striking out, in line 676, the words “and (vii)” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- "(vii) whether the alleged violation directly or indirectly resulted in or caused unauthorized data access, theft, or disclosure; and (viii)".
