Reporting Requirements

Ms. Rausch moves that the proposed new draft be amended in section 1 by inserting, after line 454, the following paragraph:-

(g) Annually, not later than February 1, a controller shall file with the attorney general and the office of consumer protection and business regulation a written report summarizing the controller’s compliance with this chapter. The office of consumer protection and business regulation shall post the summary reports on its website.
