Protecting Union Membership

Ms. Edwards, Mr. Lewis, Ms. Kennedy, Ms. Miranda and Messrs. Eldridge, Brady, Gómez, Payano and Collins move that the proposed new draft be amended in section 1, in the definition of "sensitive data", by striking subsection (vii) and inserting in place thereof the following words:-

"(vii) a consumer's race, color, ethnicity, religion, national origin, citizenship, immigration status, philosophical beliefs, or union membership;".
