Clarifying Financial Institution Exemption

Mr. Cronin moves that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting the following new section:-

"Section XX. The provisions of this act do not apply to: a financial institution governed by, or personal data collected, processed, sold, or disclosed in accordance with, Title V of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, 15 U.S.C. Sec. 6801 et seq., and related regulations."
