Amendment #15 to S2619

An Amendment Relative to the Exemption of Financial Institutions Subject to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act

Mr. Markey of Dartmouth moves to amend the bill in Section 3, subsection (a), by striking clause (v) in its entirety and replacing it with the following:

"(v) a financial institution or affiliate of a financial institution, including a service corporation, that is subject to Title V of the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, 15 United States Code, Section 6801 et seq. (1999), as amended;"
