Ms. Giannino of Revere moves to amend the bill in Section 1, Line 37, by inserting after the last word the following text: “Closed-Loop Referral System” or “CLRS” means any system that stores the social care information of one or more individuals; enables the sharing of social care information with and between participating entities for the purpose of referring individuals for social care; and is capable of updating or showing updated referral activity, including data related to participating organizations completing referrals,

In Section 1, Line 203, by inserting after the last word the following text: "Social care data," which includes any personal data that relates to the need for, payment for, or provision of support and assistance for an individual's social needs, including but not limited to: food stability, nutritional needs, housing, transportation, economic stability, employment, education access, child care, family relationship needs, and environmental or physical safety. This also includes Personal data stored in, or transmitted through, a "Closed-Loop Referral System (CLRS) used to refer individuals to social care services

3. In Section 1, Line 185, subsection X, by inserting after the last word the following text: "Social care data"
