Strengthening the Private Right of Action: Making A Violation of the State Around Collection of Sensitive Data an Injury In Fact

Mr. Cataldo of Concord moves to amend the bill by adding the following words after line 768:

 

(4) A violation of this chapter related to the collection, processing, or transfer of a person’s sensitive data shall constitute an injury in fact to that person.
