Amendment #24 to S2619

Relative to Compliance with the Federal Controlled Substances Act

Mr. Kearney of Scituate moves to amend the bill in section (15), by inserting after said section (15) the following section:-

“(16) Personal data collected and used for purposes of compliance with the federal Controlled Substances Act, including the regulation of listed chemicals pursuant to 21 U.S.C. Sec. 830.”
