Advocating for a Minor's Privacy

Ms. Montaño of Boston moves to amend the bill by striking out lines 397 to 401 in Section 5, after the words "subsection (a) of section 4.", and inserting in place thereof the following:

“A parent or legal guardian of a minor may exercise a consumer right under said subsection (a) of said section 4 on the minor’s behalf.“
